Two months after Storm Daniel struck Derna and Eastern Libya, the International Conference for the Reconstruction of Derna and Affected Areas convened, bringing together global experts and organizations skilled in infrastructure development and sustainable planning.

This pivotal conference, categorized into scientific, developmental, and forward-looking axes, engaged a diverse spectrum of stakeholders, including specialized national and international companies, regional development organizations, research institutions, chambers of commerce, ambassadors, and trade representatives.

As the region embarks on a journey to rebuild, the collaborative efforts of 260 international companies from the United States, France, Russia, China, and Turkey will play an instrumental role in executing reconstruction projects.
